What are Slickline Services? We work on oil and gas wells with a mobile slickline service truck, which provides various downhole tools with multiple functions. The “slickline” itself is a solid wire (non-electric) that passes through the well and manipulates downhole tools such as electronic recorders, plugs, flow-control equipment, overshots, and fishing tools.
